Lightning Castform

's Pokemon of the month is Castform, so I decided to make my own Castform form. Lightning Castform, the transformation that occurs during a thunderstorm. I'm pretty pleased with the design. I tried Sugimori style again. I'm not too proud of the outcome of that, though. :/
